About the Framed Watercolor Paintings

Each of Randi Parkhurst's original watercolor paintings have warm and vibrant color. Her Northwest surroundings provide endless inspiration for her detailed leaves paintings. The white lines you see in the leaves' veins are not done with a resist-they are actually the white paper showing where Randi has carefully painted right next to, but not touched, the color next to it. She enjoys the challenge of seeing just how close she can come to almost touching the color on the other side.

Each painting is just 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". With the mat and frame, each one measures 10" x 10". One is perfect for that small space. 3 or 4 make a lovely grouping and take up very litlle wall space. They each come with an archival, acid-free mat, glass and a natural colored wood frame with a reinforced wire hanger.
